All pets must arrive on leash, in hand, or in crates for safety. 

Must leave us with an emergency telephone number ( cell phone )

Documented verification of current vaccines from a veterinarian:

 

DOGS 

DHLP/P ----------- Distemper/Parvo

Bordetella ----------Kennel Cough Vaccine ( done as nose drop)  This is a modified live vaccine that is generally good for 1 year, but it must be given at least 2 weeks prior to coming into the kennel

Upon arrival, any dog or cat found to have fleas will have to be bathed & dipped at the owners expense.
